We will pay you 15% of the first month's rent once we place a tenant and receive the first rent payment. $1000 is the max referral fee for any one property.

You Keep Your Clients

When you send us a referral you increase your chances of getting a future sale out of them. We are often the first to know of their intent to sell their investment property & will refer them back to you.

We want you to feel secure & if requested, we will give you a signed copy of our referral agreement so that you have legal protection. We expect our clients and tenants to keep their agreements and we do the same with you.

Reduce Your Liability

We'll Pay You!

We will pay a referral fee of 15% of 1-month rent on properties, with a max referral per property of $1000. The referral is paid once we lease the referred property signed up for full-service property management and the tenant placed pays their first full month of rent. Lease-Only sign-ups referral fee mount will be 10% of one month's rent."
